The Chatterband Finishes Off 2011 Wildwood Crest Summer Music Series Sat., Sept. 3

WILDWOOD CREST – The Chatterband, one of the Delaware Valley’s most popular and longest-running dance/party bands, will close the curtain on the 2011 Wildwood Crest Summer Music Series on Sat., Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m. at Centennial Park.
The Chatterband has been entertaining music lovers of all ages throughout the region for years. A nine-piece band featuring an exceptional horn section and a variety of singers, the Chatterband performs many of the most popular dance and party music ever recorded, from the 1950s through today. The band plays anything and everything from Motown hits to the favorite songs from Sinatra.
This all-ages show is free and open to the entire family. Those attending the show should bring a blanket or a chair. Centennial Park is located at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue. Free parking for the show is available at Myrtle Road and Ocean Avenue.
Centennial Park will host one more show this season, when Bandstand performs on Sat., Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. as part of the Wildwood Crest annual Seafarers Celebration.
