Imagine a world like nothing you’ve ever seen, where every day is an adventure and where you never have to grow up. That’s the world of Peter Pan —the clanking of swords of furious rivals, the quivering plank of the “Jolly Roger,” the magical power of a hidden kiss, the sparkles of pixie dust, pirates, and oh yes, an alligator that ticks.
Aimed at the young, and the young-at-heart, the story of Peter Pan and Wendy is filled with whimsical spirit as the cast of Lower Cape May Regional High School re-tells the adventurous journey to Neverland and back.
Come fly with us to Neverland for a swashbuckling epic that delivers non-stop action, spell-binding music and great choreography. This is a story so magical, it actually takes flight.
The smash hit musical adaption of J.M. Barrie’s classic story is a perennial favorite for all ages from 4 to 104. It will be presented at the Paul W. Schmidtchen Theatre at Lower Cape May Regional High School on March 21st and 22nd at 7:00 p.m. with a matinee performance at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday the 23rd.
Tickets are $ 10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children 12 and under. Audience members who attend in costume will receive $1.00 off the ticket price and there will be a surprise gift for all children attending under the age of 12 years. A Peter Pan set of Disney figurines will be raffled off at the Sunday performance.
Enjoy the flight of “Peter Pan.” It is a performance worth “crowing about.”
