The Ocean City Pops Orchestra, with William Scheible, artistic director, presents international opera stars Steven Costello and Ailyn Perez in a recital program 8 p.m., July 19 at its historic venue, the Music Pier, Moorlyn Terrace and the Boardwalk.
Costello and Perez have recently starred in productions to much acclaim at the Academy of Music, Dallas Opera, Metropolitan Opera and have toured Europe this year.

Also, on July 21 and 22, the POPS present pianist Rich Ridenour and his sensational trumpeter son, Brandon, the newest member of the Canadian Brass.
