Avalon Players to Perform ‘Peter Pan, Jr.’

By Sponsored Content

This year the theater group The Avalon Players will perfume the Disney classic, “Peter Pan, Jr.” on July 31 and August 1 and 2 at 7 p.m. and August 3 at 5 p.m. at the Avalon Elementary School Auditorium on 32nd and Ocean Drive in Avalon.
All tickets are general admission and can be purchased in advance at the Elementary School on Monday, July 28 from 6-7 p.m. for $7 or at the door any night of the show for $8. The large cast includes many talented and young stars that live in and visit the Seven Mile Beach.
The directors are Kevin Ginsberg and Caitlin Geisser, and the choreographer is Marissa Parrott.
This year marks our 30th consecutive show. Avalon Players is a non-profit organization that gives children the opportunity to perform in front of a large audience. What makes the Players unique is the fact that every child who auditions is given a part in the production. Avalon Players’ fondest hope is to continue to provide the youth of South Jersey with an introductory vehicle to the theatre arts.
Come out and support the fine work of the players and enjoy the show. For more information visit www.avalonplayers.org.
