On Tuesday, March 12, the Cape May County Board of Commissioners honored the Lower Cape May Regional High School varsity wrestling team for winning the Group 2 championship on Feb. 7 by defeating West Deptford High School, 30-22. The title was the first the wrestling team has earned in 42 years. Many of the wrestlers will return next season. Shown is the entire team, its coaches and the county commissioners.
