LCMR Wrestlers Finish Season

Members of the Lower Cape May Regional High School’s wrestling team won their first sectional title in 42 years during the regional competition Feb. 24-25.

Lower Cape May Regional High School’s wrestlers wrapped up their season over the weekend, March 3-4, at the state individual boys championship held at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

Chase Hansen won a region title on Feb. 24-25 and took third in the state with a final record of 46-1. Jahcere Harris took second in the region and went 1-2 at the state tournament. Ben Rue took third in the region tournament and went 2-2 at the state tournament.
