COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 13 indictments Oct. 29.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons.
Matthew H. Gould was indicted on two counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault in Wildwood in September.
Charles P. Whitaker faces a single count for fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, a fixed blade knife.
Albert Gilbert and Steve Seeburg were indicted separately and independently of each other. Both face two second-degree counts for endangering the welfare of a child. Both faced the counts for possession of child pornography in sufficient numbers to warrant the second-degree designation. Gilbert is from Middle Township and Seeburg from Dennis Township.
Jayden Williams, Ryan Hubler, Eugene White and Patrick Sladek were each individually indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. The substances were methamphetamine for each of them except White, for whom the substance was cocaine.
Shaun M. Kennedy was named in a two-count indictment where each count was for third-degree theft of motor vehicles in Woodbine.
Akbar Muradov faces a second-degree count for computer theft and a fourth-degree count for theft of a credit card.
Lance Schick-Albanese was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl and cocaine.
Mary J. Tourison faces a second-degree count for eluding police in a motor vehicle in the City of Cape May in August.
Uladzislau Pantsaleeu and Akbar Muradon were jointly indicted on a charge of fourth-degree shoplifting and conspiracy.
