The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons.
James F. Moore faces a four-count indictment, two second-degree counts for robbery and endangering the welfare of a child. The remaining two counts are in the third degree, for theft and receiving stolen property, a 2006 Honda.
Brandon Rollans was indicted on two counts of eluding police in the second degree, along with resisting arrest and hindering apprehension, both third degree.
Ian Tucker was named in a two-count indictment for aggravated assault and resisting arrest, both counts in the third degree.
Ryan A. Burton was indicted for fourth-degree certain person due to possession of a knife despite his conviction in 2009 for robbery.
James M. Moore faces two third-degree counts for aggravated assault and resisting arrest related to an incident in December in Lower Township.
Sean Clark, Steven Ham, Maryanne Porpora, Joshua Ferguson and Rayven McCarraher were individually and separately indicted for one count each of third-degree possession of a CDS. The controlled substances were fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine.
Grady W. Faircloth was indicted for second-degree sexual assault, along with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.
Thomas Adam faces a four-count indictment, with one count for resisting arrest and two counts of possession of a CDS, cocaine and buprenorphine. All three counts are in the third degree. The final count was for fourth-degree shoplifting.
Dominica Catarcio and Bernard Mechan were jointly indicted on five counts. The indictment also contained three counts in which only Catarcio was named. The combined counts were a third-degree count for receiving stolen property, a third-degree count for possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, and three fourth-degree counts, one for criminal trespass and two for possession of a prohibited weapon, hollow-point bullets and large-capacity magazines. The three counts on which only Catarcio was named are fourth-degree hindering apprehension, third-degree possession of a CDS, buprenorphine, and fourth-degree certain person, for possession of a paintball gun. Catarcio was convicted of burglary in Cape May County in 2008.
