County Library to Host Blood Drive on April 10

County Library to Host Blood Drive on April 10

From the Cape May County Library

On Wednesday, April 10th, the Cape May County Library will host the American Red Cross Blood Drive. It is a simple four-step process to donate: registration, medical history and mini-physical, and donation and refreshments. Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood and the number one reason donors say they give blood is because they want to help others.

The Blood Drive will be held at the Cape May Court House branch in the Storytime Room. It will begin at 10 a.m. and run until 3 p.m. It is encouraged to register with the Red Cross prior to donating. To make an appointment with the American Red Cross, please visit www.redcrossblood.org and enter the sponsor code “cmclibrary”. For more information, please contact the Adult Events Department at (609)-463-6350 ext.700 or adultevents@cmclibrary.org.
