COURT HOUSE – January’s menu of meals by the Department of Aging Home-Bound meal program. 
Tuesday, Jan. 3: Chicken Florentine, buttered noodles, broccoli, tossed salad, banana cake, bread 2% milk
Dinner: Ham salad, macaroni salad, pineapple, grape juice
Wednesday, Jan. 4: Roast pork and applesauce, peas and carrots, coleslaw, rice pudding, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Deli chicken, potato salad, golden cake, apple juice
Thursday, Jan. 5: Italian lasagna, cucumber salad, jello, 2% milk, cream of celery soup
Dinner: Roast beef and pepper jack cheese on white bread, tossed salad, mandarin oranges, vegetable juice
Friday, Jan. 6: Salmon fillet, scalloped potatoes, mixed veggies, tossed salad, sweet potato pie, 2% milk
Dinner: Provolone and cheddar sandwich, tossed salad, cookies, cranberry juice
Monday, Jan.9: BBQ Chicken, potato wedges, peas, tossed salad, yogurt, bread, 2% milk, bean soup
Dinner: Salami/cheese on hamburger roll, macaroni salad, diced pears, orange juice
Tuesday, Jan. 10: Salisbury steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, beet salad, pineapple, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Provolone and Swiss on Kaiser, 2 slice tomato, tapioca pudding, apple juice
Wednesday, Jan. 11: Baked ziti, Italian mixed veggies, tossed salad, sliced peaches, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Seafood salad, bread, lettuce and sliced tomato, potato salad, apple sauce, cranberry juice
Thursday, Jan. 12: Roast pork, gravy, lima beans, rice, dinner roll, coleslaw, butterscotch pudding, 2% milk, vegetable barley soup
Dinner: Tuna salad on white bread, tossed salad, cookies, orange juice
Friday, Jan. 13: Crab cake, tartar sauce, stewed tomatoes, macaroni and cheese, tossed salad, apple, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Roast beef, wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, banana, tomato juice
Tuesday, Jan. 17: Hot turkey sandwich, potato medley, peas, coleslaw, vanilla pudding, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Liverwurst on rye, macaroni salad, applesauce, cranberry juice
Wednesday, Jan. 18: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, tossed salad, mandarin oranges, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Bologna on wheat roll, broccoli salad, cookies, apple juice
Thursday, Jan. 19: Sliced ham, cabbage, boiled potato, apple sauce, lemon crunch pie, chicken rice soup
Dinner: Turley and Swiss cheese sandwich, tossed salad, diced peaches, vegetable juice
Friday, Jan. 20: Sausage, peppers and onions, rice and beans, mixed vegetables, pears, bread, 2% milk
Dinner: Grilled chicken on hamburger roll, celery sticks, jello, orange juice
Monday, Jan. 23: Swiss steak, gravy, fried onions, mashed potatoes, broccoli, tossed salad, chocolate cake, bread, 2% milk, chicken/vegetable soup
Dinner: Chicken salad on Kaiser, lettuce and tomato, pasta salad, cookies, cranberry juice
Tuesday, Jan. 24: Baked chicken breast, gravy, gratin potato, green beans, apple sauce, banana, bread, 2% milk

Wednesday, Jan. 25: Spaghetti, Italian vegetables, dinner roll, tossed salad, apple pie, 2% milk
