WOODBINE – The Woodbine Municipal Alliance partnered this year with the Woodbine Elementary School Peer Leaders (grades 6-8) for its annual Lincoln Park cleanup June 6.
Additionally, the school participants—who were funded by a Clean Communities grant—picked up trash en route to and returning from Lincoln Park, making it a healthy walking experience as well.

“I was pleased to see this collaboration between the student peer leaders and our Municipal Alliance as we enter into the summer season,” noted Mayor Pikolycky, “This annual clean-up supports the goals of the Municipal Alliance Against Drug and Alcohol Abuse as it continues its initiative to make our Lincoln Park a safe and enjoyable place for all members of the community.”
