Tech Students Practice for ‘Game of Life’

The junior class at Cape May Tech recently participated in the Game of Life, an interactive program to enhance their decision-making skills and in-crease their knowledge and ability to access local resources.
Over 40 organizations and agencies, representing a wide range of services, interacted with students, who were assigned specific life issues. In the course of the game, students sought to deal with car accidents, employment, family planning, grieving, substance abuse, adoption and other real life dilemmas.
Students agreed that participation in the event helped them to feel more prepared for a variety of unexpected problems or issues. Participating agencies included: GABLES, CARA, county health agencies and many others. Kindle Auto Plaza sponsored the refreshments,
