St. Ann Regional recently held it’s annual D.A.R.E. graduation

Officer Shawn Yuhas of the Wildwood Police Dept. educated the 5th grade students on the dangers of smoking and substance abuse. He worked with the class for 14 weeks. The program began with a demonstration by members of the CMC Sheriff’s Dept. K-9 unit.
It was followed by a motivating message by Wildwood boxer Chuck Mussachio, who described the training required to be a successfull athlete. He was followed by Miss New Jersey: Ashley Fairfield who also explained the discipline and hard work needed to achieve your goals.
John Lynch of the Wildwood Convention Ctr, congratulated the students and wished them every success in the future.
Mrs. Graiff, 5th grade teacher helped to distribute the graduates’ certificates. A party for the students and their families followed.
