Registration for half-day preschool and full day kindergarten will be full day kindergarten will be held from Monday, May 19 through May 23, at the Middle Township Elementary #1, 215 Eldredge Rd. in Court House. Registration will be by appointment only.
No child will be permitted to enter school for the first time in September if they are not pre-registered. Parents must pick up a registration packet in advance at Elementary #1 Schools main office at that time you will be given an appointment for one of the above dates to return the packet. No appointments will be made by telephone.
Preschool students must be 4 on or before October 1. 2014 and Kindergarten children must be 5 by that date.
Registration must be made in person by parent or guardian only.
Parent/guardian must bring an original birth certificate, proof of immunizations provided by a physician, two proofs of residency (e.g. current tax bill, current utility bill, or lease agreement or an affidavit from our administration office if living with a relative of friend) and if applicable legal papers such as custody or restraining orders and a picture ID such as a drivers license or ID from motor vehicle. It is not necessary to have your child with you on the day of registration.
