CAPE MAY – Tom Frisoli, front right, Educational Facilities Manager/Supervisor Buildings and Grounds of Lower Cape May Regional School District, was given a congratulatory speech on his retirement from President and Finance Chair Richard Hooyman at the Cape May monthly board meeting Aug. 28. He worked for the district for 18 years.
