By Herald Staff

RIO GRANDE — Customers shopping at the JCPenney in the Rio Grande Shopping Center from Dec. 5 to Dec. 14 will have an opportunity to help the Cape May County 4-H Youth Development Program.
The department store will allow customers to round their purchases up to the next whole dollar.
Through the JCPenney Afterschool Fund, the money will be donated to county 4-H, which provides children of this community with access to life-enriching afterschool programs.
