Atlantic Cape Hosts ‘5K Race for Opportunity’

COURT HOUSE – Atlantic Cape Community College held a “5K Race for Opportunity” on Sept. 9 at its Cape May County Campus.
Participants received a T-shirt, and prizes were awarded to the top three male and female finishers. Proceeds went toward Atlantic Cape’s Foundation for a scholarship.
Female division winners were Megan Towley of Cape May, first place; Rachel Shenk of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, second place; and Athena Cruz of Villas, third place.
Male division winners were Mike Hampton of Avalon, first place; Abdoulaye Sylla of Atlantic City, second place; and Steve Cozzi of Cape May Court House, third place.
