Faith Weekend scheduled in Ocean City

The Ocean City Tabernacle, 550 Wesley Ave., presents a fun-faith-filled weekend designed for all ages, Oct. 16 -18.
Presenters for the weekend include nationally known recording artist, Gwen Smith, inspirational speakers, like Pat Williams (former Manager of NBA’s 76ers and now VP of the Orlando Magic), Rich Sparling (Philadelphia Phillies’ Chaplain), and many others for both the adults and the youth.
Concurrent action packed programs geared to rev up the spiritual engines of 4th – 6th graders and 7th to 12th graders with competitions, games, bands, and speakers.
A vacation bible school theme will keep the K-3rd graders energized and the youngest little ones from 3 months to pre-K will have quality childcare.
All of this including a dinner Friday night sponsored by Hatfield Quality Meats, area restaurants sponsored continental breakfast Saturday morning with a snack and then a Dessert Extravaganza sponsored by many area churches prior to the concert Saturday night.
All proceeds from this inter-denominational outreach for Christ All Proceeds benefit local charities, including FCA’s South Jersey Chapter, the New Jersey FoodBank, and others.
