Liza Ruane

Coastline Realty, Cape May welcomes Liza (Theimer) Ruane as a Sales Associate to their office.  Liza has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the State of New Jersey since 1989 and is a member of the Cape May County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Liza was born and raised in Sweden and grew up in a bilingual family, she speaks Swedish, German and English. Liza moved to the United States in 1971 after working in the fashion industry in Europe.  Working and modeling in fashion gave her the opportunity to travel all over Europe and New York for fashion week in spring and fall. Liza eventually settled down and moved to West Cape May where she raised two daughters and obtained her real estate license after her children started school. She is now the proud grandparent of two granddaughters. Liza is very excited to be a Sales agent at Coastline Realty in Cape May. Liza is currently the Innkeeper of 931 Beach Guest House in Cape May where she meets many people who frequent our beautiful city.
