Coastline Adds Another Menz

Coastline Realty is pleased to welcome Realtor Sales Associate Cody Menz, as the newest addition to the Coastline family.
Cody is Carol Menz’s youngest son and is a lifelong resident of Cape May. As a 2008 Lower Cape May Regional High School graduate, he studied graphic design and marine biology. Then, he attended the Academy of Culinary Arts, at Atlantic Cape Community College, where he earned his associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, in 2009.
Having been immersed in his family’s business at the Inn of Cape May and Aleathea’s Restaurant at an early age, Cody became the Sous Chef shortly after graduating college.  He worked alongside his brother, Tai Menz, who is also a realtor sales associate at Coastline Realty and the executive chef of Aleathea’s Restaurant. 
In 2011, Cody, using his graphic design knowledge and passion for technology, started his own business revolving around creating guides, YouTube videos and video game live streams. He has become a partner of YouTube and Twitch, and has the pleasure of hosting millions of visitors on his website, www.wotguru.com.
Cody’s wife, Ryan, is a mathematics teacher at Egg Harbor Township High School.  In his free time, he enjoys spoiling their dog, gardening and the outdoors.  Above all, he loves helping people learn, spreading a calm and positive attitude and is always looking to learn new skills.
In January 2020, Cody received his New Jersey Real Estate License and joined the Coastline Realty team, serving as social media coordinator, website content manager and full-time real estate agent. He is excited to be a part of our team and is looking forward to developing his real estate career at Coastline Realty.
