Prosecutor’s Office to Hold Discussion on Police Work, Use of Force

WHITESBORO – In light of nationwide protests and movements for police reform, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office will hold a community discussion about police work July 15.
According to a release, the event will be held at the Martin Luther King Center, 807 W. Main St., in Whitesboro, from 6-8 p.m.
As part of New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal’s 21 County/21st Century Community Policing Project, County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland will facilitate a discussion with residents and welcome input needed to assist the attorney general on revisions to the statewide Use of Force Policy.
