OCEAN CITY – The 3rd annual Ocean City Spelling Bee sponsored by the Colony Club of Ocean City was held Feb. 26, 2017 the the Ocean City Intermediate School.
The Bee began with 27 participants and after 6 rounds the top 3 were determined. Liam Goucher came in 3rd, Matthew Lenko 2nd, and Vincent Ingui 1st. The 2nd and 3rd place winners each received a $25 gift card. The 1st place winner received a $50 gift card.
Vincent Ingui will go on to represent Ocean City in the NJ State competition on March 4,2017.
