OCEAN CITY – The second contest of the Ocean City Surfing Association’s 2018 surf contest series was held July 16 at 7th Street in Ocean City in sloppy, 1-2′ surf. Forty-one boys and girls turned out for the free surfing event, which is sponsored by the Ocean City Recreation Department.
