Erika C. Eichenhofer, age 26 of Rio Grande, passed away suddenly Saturday, February 29, 2020. Born in Darby, PA, Erika has been an area resident for 17 years, a graduate of Lower Cape Regional HS (2012), and worked as an assistant manager at Primo Hoagies in Rio Grande. She enjoyed spending time with her son, Connor, and going to the beach. Erika is survived by her son, Connor, mother Bernadette Eichenhofer, stepfather Dan Miles, siblings Frederick Eichenhofer, V, Ryan Miles, Daniel Miles, and Anthony Miles, maternal grandparents Ed (Adeline) Quinn and Winnie (Wayne) Gifford, paternal grandmother Margaret Eichenhofer, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is predeceased by her father, Frederick Eichenhofer, IV, and paternal grandfather Frederick Eichenhofer, III. A memorial service for Erika will be held 11am on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, N Cape May; friends may call prior to service from 9:30-11am. Interment will be privately held.
