CAPE MAY – A complete renovation and improvement of the Rotary Park and Bandstand was recently completed July 21 in time for the inaugural concert the following evening to the delight of over three hundred music-lovers.
The public is encouraged to attend the Grand Re-Opening and Dedication Aug. 12 hosted by the City of Cape May beginning at 7 p.m. The evening festivities will include acknowledgements from invited guests, a free concert and light refreshments.
The two-hour concert will feature Philadelphia’s own Uptown String Band playing their unique brand of music to delight the audience. There are new benches in the park or you can bring your own chair or blanket. Please come out and enjoy your park!
