Get hooked on hockey

By On Deck Staff

The Philadelphia Flyers/Phantoms Hooked on Hockey program returns to Sea Isle City Aug. 5, beginning at 5 p.m.
The program is designed to reach out to children in the Delaware Valley area to create hockey awareness and teach them how they can have fun with hockey.
Boys and girls between the ages of 6-12 are invited to participate in the event and learn about the basic fundamentals of hockey.
The Flyers will be contributing Mylec hockey sticks for all participants to use during the event, which takes place at the Tom Libro Hockey Rink, 59th Street and Central Avenue.
For further information, call 609-263-0050 or 263-6163.
