BURLEIGH — Beginning last weekend, (April 16-17), The Free Meal Center will be holding a Flea & Farmers Market every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. right through the spring and summer.
Vendor spaces are just $10 per day, and anyone not having their own table can use one of ours for only $5 more. The market is open to those wishing to sell crafts, novelty items, or even items from cleaning the attic or garage.
Volunteers are needed to help us run the event. We are also looking for youth or church groups to take a day to host our car wash.
The group is also seeking a food vendor. Please pass the word to your friends and neighbors about our exciting market.
Located on highly visible and busy Route 9 midway between Court House and Rio Grande, the non-profit group expects the Flea & Farmers Market to quickly become a popular weekend destination for locals and tourists.
For more information about the Market, call Frank Bowker at 609-402-8243.
