DEL HAVEN – The Disabled American Veterans Chapter 44 Cape May County will hold its 15th Annual Formal Flag Retirement Ceremony, and will be honoring the Burke Motor Group Family for its continued support to veterans of Cape May County and to Chapter 44.
According to Commander John P. Barr, the ceremony will take place Oct. 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the Cape May County Park South, directly across the street from the chapter’s home, 1010 Bayshore Road.
The public’s and officials’ presence at this ceremony symbolizes that the leaders in the community acknowledge that the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 44 with the support of Burke Motor Group continue to fulfill the promise to the men and women veterans of Cape May County.
