Harbor Lions Revive Summer Chicken BBQ

STONE HARBOR – Lions Club of Stone Harbor is reviving the traditional Stone Harbor Volunteer Fire Company’s mid-summer chicken barbeque on Saturday August 8 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 80th Street and Third Ave.
The take-out dinners include a half chicken, potato salad, applesauce, pickle, and roll for $13.
Proceeds go towards charities like Volunteers In Medicine, Love of Linda Cancer Fund, Holy Redeemer Hospice and other county-based organizations.
