STONE HARBOR MANOR — Demolition of Stone Harbor Marina’s indoor service and rack boat storage building began in earnest June 30.
The structure, located just west of Great Channel Bridge connecting Stone Harbor and this Middle Township community, which was erected circa 1968 and which stood for almost 40 years, will be replaced with a more aesthetically pleasing facade, one designed to blend in with the existing upscale community and be more energy efficient.
Approval was previously granted for16 luxury town homes, named Harbor Place that will be built on the site.
