VILLAS – Retired television repairman Edward Weber, 100, made house calls in Philadelphia back in the day when televisions were fixed when they did not work.

He was honored at the Villas Veterans of Foreign Wars post by friends and sisters Jean Connelly and Ruby Pearce from Terre Haute, Ind., June 16, on reaching his first century.
Weber sat next to his color guard members Jim Keeber, Bob Fern and John Evanson.
Sen. Jeff Van Drew (D-1st) was present to honor Weber’s service and long life.
Weber summed up the day by announcing “I feel grrreat!”
