‘Distilling Sustainability’ Green Team Mixer to be Held Oct. 3

By Press Release

CAPE MAY – Green team members, professionals and individuals interested in sustainability and environmental issues are invited to network at this “green drinks” mixer.
The event is hosted by Sustainable Jersey’s Atlantic-Cape May Hub: a group of volunteers from local municipal green teams. The Hub group connects Green team members to share information and resources as they pursue Sustainable Jersey certification.
Sustainable Jersey is a nonprofit organization that provides tools, training and financial incentives to support communities as they pursue programs to reduce waste, cut greenhouse gas emissions, and improve environmental equity.
“Distilling Sustainability” brings people together in an informal setting to exchange ideas and gives green teams a chance to share initiatives they have been working on, recent successes or issues of interest. You don’t need to belong to a municipal green team to attend.
There is no cost, but participants are asked to register in advance. Light refreshments provided. Cash bar.
