Soledad and Benjamin Hall announce the arrival of Conrad, their 3rd son. Conrad was born December 14, in Austin TX, weighing 7 lbs and 7 ozs at birth, and 19 1/2 inches long. The proud grandparents are Art and Patricia Hall of this community.
