Cape May Tech to Host ‘The Art of Ice Carving’

COURT HOUSE – Doug Gomersall, local businessman, will be demonstrating the art of carving ice Feb. 11, 2016. The carving will take place in front of the school near the main entrance from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and from 12 noon to about 2:15 p.m.
Although the culinary students will be carving throughout the school day, the following times may be best for catching a completed ice piece. (9:30 – 9:45 am, 11 – 11:15 am, or 2 – 2:15 pm.)
