Sam Azeez Museum to Host Business Training Session, June 23

WOODBINE – The Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce wishes to make local business aware of a training session being offered by the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation and Atlantic Cape Community College. This local session will be held June 23, from 1 to 3 p.m., with check-in beginning at 12:30 p.m., at the Sam Azeez Museum of Woodbine Heritage, a branch campus of Stockton University, 610 Washington Avenue, Woodbine.
Workshop Objectives: Breakdown the 4 essential principles of providing outstanding service – Communication, Attitude, Knowledge and Excellence; Identify ways to implement the Ritz Carlton’s 3 Steps of Service into your operation; Appreciate the financial impact of a family of 4 on a week’s vacation to Cape May County; Inspire Service Providers to seek opportunities to create “WOW” experiences.
This workshop is available to the business public through a cooperative effort by Atlantic Cape Community College and Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation and funded through a grant from the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development and the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development. To register, you will need your company’s FEIN Tax ID Number and also agree to pay your employees regular wages for this two hour session.
