Piersanti Joins Wilsey Realty LLC in Cape May

CAPE MAY — Long-time Cape May County resident Wayne Piersanti has joined Wilsey Realty, LLC in its local office.
He is best known as owner and operator of The Shire restaurant and nightclub on Washington Street Mall for over 17 years.
Additionally, in the early 80’s, Piersanti and his family owned the Beachside Motel, near Convention Hall.
Piersanti served as president, vice-president and director of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May, and has chaired various committees including the Sea and Sky Festival, the annual golf social, and the scholarship committee.
Piersanti is a graduate of Temple University. Before moving here, he was a member of the Philadelphia Police Department for nine years. He has been a licensed New Jersey Realtor since 1997.
He is the director of the real estate program at Atlantic Cape Community College, as well as an adjunct professor in the business department.
He has owned two real-estate related companies and specializes in commercial real estate and residential development.
Piersanti is the father of two children, and has three grandchildren. His hobbies are golfing, vacationing, and annoying his wife.
