Ocean City Home Bank Customer Care Center representative Harry Galasso was named Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2016.

By Press Release

OCEAN CITY – When Ocean City Home Bank account holders call the bank’s Customer Care Center, one of the friendly voices they may hear is that of Harry Galasso. Galasso’s fellow employees recognized his outstanding performance by nominating him for the bank’s Employee of the Quarter award for the third quarter of 2016.
“If Harry does not have the answer to a question, he will always find one and get back to me in a timely manner,” said Katie Gabriel, a Sales and Service Representative at Ocean City Home Bank. “Our customers tell us that he always goes above his actual duties to help them out.”
A resident of Ocean City, Harry Galasso joined Ocean City Home Bank as a Teller in 2008. In 2013, he joined the bank’s Customer Care Center.
“Harry’s experience as a Teller, coupled with his inherent desire to help others, makes him an exemplary member of our Customer Care Center team,” said Steven E. Brady, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ocean City Home Bank. “When customers call us with a question or concern, they’ll receive the same personalized service they would receive in one of our branches.”
