Middle’s Property Tax Reward Card Program Announces Business Sign-up Session

By Press Release

COURT HOUSE — Middle Township’s Economic Development Council will host a business sign-up session for its Property Tax Reward Card Program at the Samuel S. DeVico Senior Center on July 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Senior Center is located at 23 Romney Place in Cape May Court House. All Middle Township businesses are invited to stop by this daylong session. Appointments can be scheduled, but are not necessary.
The Property Tax Reward Card Program is a new initiative for Middle Township. Three major sponsors—Cape Bank, Sunshine Dental, and Rio Auto Body/Hi-Tech Auto—have been secured so that the program can be implemented free of charge to every resident in Middle Township. Each household will receive a free Property Tax Reward Card that can be used when shopping at participating businesses in Middle Township. Residents who use the card receive property tax rebates based on businesses’ customized incentives. The program will be promoted through a designated webpage at www.PropertyTaxCard.com/ShopMiddleTownship as well as on Facebook at “Shop Middle Township”.
“We encourage every Middle Township business to participate and stop by for information and assistance with signing up for this innovative program. We will also have information available regarding low-interest-rate loans offered through our Economic Development programs,” said Carol Struett, Chairwoman of the Economic Development Council.
Businesses can request more information or schedule an appointment for the July 24th sign-up session by calling Anne Garrison, Middle Township Economic Development Coordinator, at (609) 465-8731, or via www.MTEconomicDevelopment.com under the “Let’s Connect” button on the home page.
