CAPE MAY — Top producing agents at Coastline Realty were among the top 6 percent in the state in 2010.
Carol Menz and Becky Chamberlain of Coastline Realty recently received Million Dollar Sales awards from the Cape May County Association of Realtors, an achievement only 6 percent of NJAR Members received.
Together with their exceptional service and commitment to their customers, the awardees were cited for their high level of sales in 2010.
Broker/Owner Menz, was awarded the Silver Award for outstanding sales handling over $8 million in real estate transactions along with Sales Associate Rebecca Chamberlain, who received the Bronze Award in 2010 for outstanding sales handling over $4.5 million in real estate transactions.
Menz also received the NJAR Million Dollar sales award in 2000 and the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2002 through 2009. Chamberlain received the Bronze Award for 2008 and 2009.
Broker Carol Menz, received in 2010 the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club Award in recognition of achieving the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award for 10 years or more.
In addition to this award she was awarded the Silver Circle of Excellence Sales Award for outstanding sales handling over $7.5 million in real estate transactions in 2010.
She has received the NJAR Million Dollar sales award in 2000 and the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2002 through 2010.
