An impressive total of ten salespeople at Avalon’s Ferguson Dechert Real Estate received the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award.
Award winners were:  Platinum level – Jack Binder, Dan Bowersock, Holly Rennie, Bob Scully and Guy Sudell;  Gold Level – Mary Helverson, Mary Snyder and Craig Soens;  and Sil-ver Level – Jim Hudanich and Leslie Rice.
In addition, Jim Hudanich, Holly Rennie and Mary Snyder each received the Distinguished Sales Award, given to individuals who qualify for the Circle of Excellence ten years or more.
Brown Joins
PF&R in O.C.

Pam Brown of PF&RPrudential Fox & Roach Realtors has welcomed Pamela A. Brown to its Ocean City Battersea office as an associate.
Licensed since 2003, Brown formerly was with Coastal State Realty and is a member of the Ocean City Association of Realtors. 
She is president of the Ocean City Football Booster Club, past president of the Colony Club of Ocean City, and Special State Project Chairperson for the Southern New Jersey Food Bank.
Brown resides in Ocean City with her husband Scott and their two children.
Her target market will be Cape May County.
Poling Opinion
The Lower Township Chamber of Commerce has announced that Ray Poling, president of Realtex Exchange, Inc., will be one of the speakers at its March membership luncheon at North Cape May’s Italian Affair Restaurant on March 9 at 12:30 p.m.
RSVP by March 7, says the Chamber, at 884-7703.
