County Chamber Sets Customer Servce Seminar

COURT HOUSE — The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce will host a Customer Service Seminar titled the “It Pays To Be Nice” philosophy of service May 12 at the Avalon Golf Club from 3-5 p.m.
Dr. Lewis Leitner from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey will facilitate this session aimed at addressing the customer service challenges of tourism businesses.
Business owners and managers are encouraged to attend to learn easy to teach training tip for developing a customer friendly staff; learn ways to help staff increase their earning potential by using the It pays To Be Nice philosophy; and increase company profits by incorporating the same customer service focus for all staff members.
