There’s a brand new car wash in town and it’s located in Ocean View.
Christopher Glancay, and Joe Ragusa owners of Diamond Liquor in Sea Isle City, purchased Ocean View Self-Storage in 2009.
When the nearest car wash located in the WaWa parking lot was torn down, they realized that this gave them a wonderful opportunity to give the locals and tourists alike a quality and professional car wash.
The Ocean View Car Wash opened a couple of weeks ago, and is a truly unique car washing experience. Their “touchless” high water pressure system will never damage your car because there are no brushes scratching and nicking your paint, and Chris and Joe have incorporated a zero impact 100 percent environmentally friendly water recovery system.
This system cleans and reuses the same water thereby helping the community save water. This will help make all those concerned with the environment feel more at ease when they see hundreds of cars being washed.
On Saturday October 13, they are having their Grand Opening Celebration. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the “touchless” washing system because everyone who comes to the Grand Opening will receive $5 off any wash.
An “Inside the car” packet is available with detailing by appointment. There is a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon and free hotdogs for everybody.
There will be prizes, give-a-ways and a few surprises.
