AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) honored seventeen graduates of its 2012 Internal Medicine Residency Program during a ceremony and dinner June 13 at One Atlantic at The Pier at Caesars, Atlantic City, New Jersey. In addition to the honored guests, members of AtlantiCare’s leadership team; nursing and medical staffs; and residency program alumni attended the event.
ARMC Internal Medicine Residency Program graduates were Sahar Avestimehr, MD, Gainesville, FL; Tatsiana Beiko, MD, Minsk, Belarus; Maria Gail Crystal, MD, Cebu, Philippines; Tatiana Gandrabura, MD, Cahul, Moldora; Syed Hasan, MD, Karachi, Pakistan; Soofia Kashif, MD, Karachi, Pakistan; Anita Kumari, MD, Patna, India; Thai Le, MD, Saigon, Vietnam; Ryan Maybrook, MD, Woodbury, NJ; Jorge Montilla, MD, Miami, FL; Evelyn Odawo, MD, Kisumu, Kenya; Jade Ramos-Poblete, MD, Manila, Philippines; and Cherrie Young-Termulo, MD, Manila, Philippines. The Preliminary Medicine residents are Jaskiran Brar, MD, Winnipeg, MB, Canada; Ike Malik, MD, Austin, Texas; Gaurav Patel, MD, Wayne, NJ and Nancy Yeh, MD, Cambridge, MA.
Soofia Kashif, MD and Tatiana Gandrabura, MD will join AtlantiCare’s Hospitalist Program. Hospitalists are physicians who coordinate all aspects of care for hospitalized patients, from admission to discharge.

AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) has a dually accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program, accredited by both the ACGME and the AOA.
