A little girl or little boy enters a large open room with bright lights, walls covered with mirrors reflecting their smiles and excitement. They meet their new friends and are guided by a loving and caring teacher and his or her assistant. The music and movement soon begin. Welcome to the beginning of a glorious today and a forever wonderful tomorrow. Yes this is the wonderful world of the dance studio and all that it cultivates in the minds and bodies of our children.
Joanne Reagan Dance now begins their 46th year enriching the lives of our youth through dance and the performing arts.
JRD Studio offers children’s combination classes of tap dance, basic tumbling and creative movement. This is for the toddler and preschooler. These classes are only $7.50 per week and average only $30 per month. Classes are available in all areas of tap, ballet, pointe, Jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, Broadway Theatre, gymnastics, Boys Hip Hop, Teen Jazz and only $36 and $38 per month. The JRD also offers adult ballet and tap.
The JRD students can aspire to become performers through being a part of the performing companies at JRD. The companies of Joanne Reagan Dance Studio are well known for their community performances in the Cape May Halloween Parade and the West Cape May Community Christmas Parades. JRD Studios was 2014 Overall winners in the West Cape May Comm. Parade. The JRD Performing Companies also perform at other community events and have appeared at Walt Disney World, New York City, SIGT and in “Standing Ovation, The Movie”. JRD recently received the 2015 Best of the Press Bronze Award for Best Dance Studio.

Join us August 25th, 26th, or 27th between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for registration at 1037 Seashore Road, Cold Spring. Classes begin September 14th.
