OCEAN VIEW – The ladies from the Assisted Living at Autumn Lake Health Care had their annual produce sale Aug. 21. This year they had a bumper crop of several varieties of tomatoes, along with squash, collard greens, eggplant, cucumbers and green peppers The sale was a huge success and they are planning another one in a few weeks. Special thanks to Jerry McManus and Rita Yeoman, our master gardener’s who generously donate their time each week to help our resident’s garden. Also, a big thanks to Kelly Freeman, who cares for the garden on a daily basis.
