There is a big difference with someone being diagnosed with the disability of Autism and someone who is just being manipulative/rude to people who are entrusted to take care of them. If you can use a cell phone, read, write,use the bathroom on your own and understand simple tasks maybe it's time to have that ISP reevaluated. And medicaid should and needs to be informed to make sure no fraud is being preformed.
