Re: The Villas "rant" on the real estate bubble "bursting" in our area. Hmm. You are obviously one of the individuals moaning about 2nd homeowners, vacation rentals and life here in general. "We" are here and here to stay, and many others are following us. This area is a "hotbed" and yes, even in the Villas this is happening as well. Too bad for you for not having the foresight to invest here. Stop whining or move one hour north. Seems that area is a hotbed for "whiners".
