Please people don’t bring your dogs to the concerts at Rotary Park. The other night one lady had a dog on her lap and as another dog on a leash walked past this lady. Her dog went bonkers! Very rude for spectators but even worse for the entertainers. And just like the mall, there are no dogs allowed at either place.
