It's been too long that the residents of Avalon have had to go with dog poop at the park on the North End. As the sole dog walking/exercising park (despite "No Dogs" signs, enforcement or abolition of the policy being another issue), it stands to reason that there should be poop bags available to at least mitigate the unfortunate reality of people not doing their civic doody and picking up after their dogs (due to lack of either preparation or neighborliness). We have more than enough problems here already, let's at least take care of this one!
