It’s all starting to fall apart for NYC attorney general Tish James, just like it did for Fani Willis in Georgia. An appeals court threw out the Half Billion judgement against President Trump saying it violated the 8th Amendment and was unconstitutional. They also criticized Ms. James and judge Engoron for procedural violations during the “trial” . They did not dismiss the charges since I’m sure this setback is embarrassing enough, but I believe will be forced to by future appeals. Hopefully President Trump will sue NYC for the interest while they held his 71 million.
